On Friday May 18th, 2013, our class went on a field trip to NYC. We got to take pictures of many things. However, wee were assigned a task to take pictures of certain things. My task was to take numerous pictures of 'green' things in NYC. From there, we would need to make a typology on it. A typology or a picture typology is- "a classification of photos according to general type," in which my general type was green objects.

Along the way there were many green things, however, I decided on taking a photo of the fountain at Rockefeller Center from a framing perspective. Also, I decided on taking a photo of when the water coming out of the fountain from an upward point of view. In addition, I am fascinated by plant pictures, so in my third photo I took a picture of a leaf of a plant. The background is blurred out as the plant is in focus so this means that the aperture was at a low number, meaning that the opening was huge, allowing the background to be blurred. The following picture happens to be the same thing. Moreover, the following photo after that, I used a simple technique called filling the frame. Finally, my last picture was a beautiful picture from my eyes from a low point on the ground. Some of these photos contain different forms of green.
