On Tuesday, May 14th, 2013 I was allowed to attend another class for the day and got to take photo's of the class. I chose to attend Mr. or Sensi Riley's class of Mixed Martial Arts. I chose this class because I was always interested in different ways or techniques of fighting. I chose this picture because it was one of my favorite pictures.
This picture portrays the rule of thirds, as you can see that my object is on the right side of my picture and there is space on the left hand side, making this picture a more effective photo. In Mix Martial Arts, meditation is essential before you train or fight and after your train and fight. Meditation is key for clearing one's mind before and or after training/fighting. You want to clear your mind so you remain calm.
