Different Exposures

For this photo I wanted an old and used look for the locker. I wanted to capture a picture that showed a contrast of dark shadows as well as, light shining on areas where the shadows did not show. Also I wanted to add leading lines in the picture by the lines pointing in the direction of the locker number, telling you exactly what locker your looking at. My favorite exposure would be -1, because it achieves my goal of creating a dark and old feel photo.

I’ve learned that if you change the exposure of the picture, you can change the darkness and lightness of the picture itself. For example changing the pictures exposure to a negative number you would be making the picture darker. While changing the exposure to a positive number you are making the picture brighter and more so white looking.
